ANSWER: Develop a larger social media presence and communicate regularly with your base.

Is it expensive to hire consultants?

ANSWER: Consultants can be expensive but don't have to be. If the client has a clear focus of their needs and communicates that to the consultant it helps them to focus on the mission needed. We at The Consultancy don't believe in long term projects. We want to help the client to move quickly in the direction they want to be led in and then allow the client to manage that direction. The biggest problem the client faces is when they do not stay true to the direction given. I like to tell clients that it takes time to turn an ocean liner and it's the same with a company. Time and patience is needed to see real results. Don't have a knee jerk reaction if you don't see immediate results.

How do I know if I have hired the right consultant?

ANSWER: I think you need to look at several factors. Price of course is one, chemistry is another and of course the appropriate experience is a must.
